Exploring Vivid Sydney

Exploring Vivid Sydney

I am an absolute sucker for pretty lights. Add a splash of colour and I’m hooked. I’ve been going to have a look at Vivid Sydney for as long as I can remember, and this year was no exception. It has been a rainy couple of weeks, not to mention extremely cold, but it was all too worth it. In addition to the magnificent projections on Sydney’s most iconic buildings, there were some amazing art installations. My favourite has got to be the multi-light spheres.

If you haven’t gone yet, I highly encourage you to go before it ends! It is amazing this year and shouldn’t be missed. Best of all, on selected nights food trucks will make an appearance in front of customs house, perfect for a after-Vivid snack!

And finally, food truck snacks from Eat Art Truck. Chicken sembe ($5.00), aka glorious pieces of breaded and deep fried chicken skin slathered with a spicy mayo. Love. The perfect way to end the night!
